Many things to mention - everything was clean, freshly made food, excellent views. The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators in the suite was nice. There was kitchen and clean bathroom.

Very convenience location in Shinjuku Ward district short walk to enough to Shinjuku Station and centre of shinjuku and Shin-Okubo 8 minutes and Shinjuku 15 minute walk. Also, near two stations. The rooms with separate shower and toilet. A great selection of options for reasonably priced breakfast.
